Selection panel will comprise a
Jury of Directors. Awarding ceremony will be held during a Mega Event in UAE, Members of the Selection Panel will attend the Awarding ceremony. |

Rules & Regulations
* The movie should be your original creation (if disputed and found fraudulent
we will disqualify the movie). * Movies that have already won
in other competitions will not be accepted.

• Total running time must be
5 minutes or less in length,
including beginning and end credits.
• Registration forms should be signed and sent by email -

- After receiving Registration form, Bank Account and other details will be
sent.
• A no-objection letter duly signed by the film maker must be enclosed to
authorize the organizers to telecast the short film in television channels and
on the Internet
• Awards will be announced and prizes distributed during a
Mega Event in January 2016 (In
Dubai)
Submission : If a Movie misses submission date, the Movie will be reviewed
but will not be accepted in the Competition.
Entry Fee : Entry Fee is not refundable
No Restrictions on the no. of entries by a Director.
