Chennai to Pondicherry at Marakanam. Its tranquil location ensures

OVERVIEW
Aishwaryam Phase 1, a Senior Citizen Housing has been completed with
54 cottage, almost 80% cottages are occupied, with all facilities such
as living area fitted with a sofa set and LCD television with a
satellite connection. The Senior citizen pantry contains a microwave, a
fridge and a small personal dining table. The bedrooms come fitted with
double beds and cupboards. The ready-to-move-in cottage ensures that
occupants can simply move in there with a single suitcase of their
personal belongings.
The housing project consists of a 6-acre plot with a villa type homes
nicely arranged around the central kitchen, club house, swimming pool
complex.
There are 8 different plans from 470 sqft to about 1100 sqft catering to
the budget and space needs of different people.
Facilities at Senior Housing include a shared community kitchen (only
vegetarian), a swimming pool, a club house, an ayurvedic spa, library, a
multi-purpose hall, a convenience store and a unisex salon.
In terms of medical facilities, there is a well equipped medical centre
with an in-house doctor and nurses capable of handling all medical
emergencies. There is also a limited availability staff quarters for
people who would like to have 24×7 nursing assistants. Keeping in mind
the importance of family, a few cottages are dedicated for guests who
wish to visit their loved ones. Residents at Aishwaryam can pre-book the
guest cottages and entertain their family and friends in style for a
short period.
